Visual Mockup
The visual mockup for this project is located in a corner of the site. It was built on two walls of the sales office. The parapet at the tower setbacks are modeled along with more than one typical floor above the parapet. Completed in March 1999, the visual mockup included several different glass types and paint colors for evaluation. Interior works such as blinds and ceiling closures were also included for evaluation.

Tenants of the building will get an excellent idea of the space they will be occupying because the interiors are also modeled. This is only possible when the visual mockup is actually built as part of a real building such as the sales office. Note the blinds being evaluated on the right side of the photo. |
