Last March 11, 2011 (Friday) more than 13,000 people died and about 15,000 remain missing after a 9.0-magnitude quake hit various parts of Japan. The quake caused a powerful tsunami that killed hundreds of people and swept numerous boats, cars, and houses out to sea.

As we Filipinos wanting to give our helping hand, the Greentennial Events Management come up with a fund raising campaign called “Run for Japan” a fund raising fun run held last April 17, 2011 (Sunday). Around 7,000 runners joined the event. Proceeds will be donated to Japan’s Red Cross.
