Although ALT does not inspect for, or consult on, safety issues, occasionally we see something that simply must be reported. The photo to the left shows a broken stone panel (upper left stone). The only thing holding this stone in place is the silicone in the top curf (and there was not much silicone in any curf). The stone was nine stories up with a clear fall below where workers regularly walked underneath it.
